We as the MX respin ME team and the owner of this site are introducing operating systems and products made with FOSS (Free and Open Source Software). MX respin ME is concerned about your privacy. This privacy policy describes the personal information we collect and how we use that data.

Disclaimer

No warranty, either expressed or implied, is hereby given for anything provided by MX respin ME ("Software"). All software is provided without any accompanying warranties, whether expressly stated, implied, or tacitly assumed. This information does not include any warranties as to quality, does not describe any reasonably marketable qualities, and does not make any claims as to warranties of quality or warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose. The user assumes all responsibility for damages resulting from the use of the software.

User Restrictions

  1. Users who have donated, sponsored, or purchased installers have higher priority.
  2. Users are aware of the software requirements either personally or company-wide.
  3. Questions asked by users are only for those related to MX respin ME and about MX Linux.
  4. Users are willing and able to learn and adapt to the existing computer environment or possibly a new environment for those migrating.

Technical Services

  1. We only serve to install MX respin ME, not install operating systems other than MX respin ME.
  2. We only accept installations for one device with a maximum of three installations.
  3. In terms of software:
    1. We do NOT accept to restore previous operating systems. Be it Windows, MacOSX, GNU/Linux, BSD, and other types of OS.
    2. We are NOT responsible for data loss and legacy operating systems. Please make sure you have backed up any important data.
    3. We accept the installation of MX respin ME OS pre-existing or together with other operating systems, but we are not fully responsible if there are any omissions or misoperations in operating systems other than MX respin ME.
  4. In terms of hardware:
    1. We are NOT responsible for the settings in the BIOS, completely consciously controlled by the user.
    2. We are NOT responsible for the impact of physical damage to hardware done by the user themselves, such as disk storage (Hardisk, SSD, Flashdisk, DVD). Damage that occurs such as bad sectors/errors is the sole responsibility of the user.
    3. We are NOT responsible for any other hardware damage. The essence of MX respin ME technical service is only for remote installation / installation not as a repairman.
